The 16 lb Looper ConeTM Base combined with the Looper Cone is tested and certified to meet the crashworthy requirements of NCHRP-350. The Looper Cone Base is manufactured in the United States from 100% Recycled Rubber. Base weight drops on to the Looper Cone and remains in place for the duration of the job. Multiple base weights can be stacked easily for shipment or storage. Molded handles make it easy to carry bases. Cone sold separately. see details
